Medium voltage inverter cabinet air inlet filter network, high voltage inverter standard voltage class: 3.3kv, 4.16kv, 6kv, 6.6kv, 10kv 10.1kv.

Visually inspect the drive and its vicinity at intervals specified in the maintenance plan, noting the following:
•Air temperature and humidity in electrical room
•Permissible range of ambient air temperature and humidity of frequency converter
•Dust accumulated in electrical room and inverter
•Marking of heat-generating parts, wires, cables or busbars, e.g. connections on the primary side of transformers
•Corrosion of circuit boards, connectors or busbars
When cleaning the inverter, please note the following:
•Do not use alcohol or solvents
•To prevent dust or dirt from falling into surrounding equipment and components, cover them before starting cleaning
•When cleaning ESD sensitive parts, take ESD sensitive precautions and use appropriate tools. For example, to clean a circuit board, use an electric soft antistatic brush or an antistatic vacuum cleaner with a soft nozzle.
•To remove dirt or dust from insensitive surfaces, use compressed air, vacuum cleaner or lint-free cloth
•In order to remove water and oily or oily deposits from components, parts, busbars, etc., ultrafine fibers that absorb water and oil are used.
4. Check the cabinet air inlet filter. Clean if necessary.
5. Replace overheated or corroded parts, wires or busbars as necessary.

Replace cabinet door air filter pad
Check the condition of the filter pad and replace it if necessary. Replace filter pads regularly according to PM schedule. Box filters are available as an option for a higher level of protection.
Note: It is forbidden to replace the air filter pad when the transmission is running!
1. Loosen the grid screws and remove the fastening parts.
2. Lift the grid and pull it away from the door.
3. Remove the air filter pad.
4. Place a new filter pad in the grid.

Cable connections, bolt connections
1. Check power cables and grounding cables, including grounding in doors:
•Different voltage potential isolation.
•Proper fastening of cables and wires and connection of cable shields and shields.
•Integrity of cable insulation. The cable sheath shall not be damaged.
2. Check the control cable:
•Check control cable and relay connections.
•Tighten screws if necessary.
•Replace damaged or swinging connectors.
3. Check bolted connections:
•Please note to download fluid connections:
•Terminals for power and motor cables.
•Terminals on primary and secondary sides of transformer.
•Busbar fastening bolts in INU (on and between modules).
•Ground bus connector.
Check that the bolted connection is tightened to the nominal torque for the bolt size used:
